What you'll need
1 cup (250g) room temperature water
2 tablespoonS (15g) dry yeast
1 tablespoon (20g) caster sugar
2 ¼ cups (350g) Lo-Fo Pantry All Purpose/Plain Flour
1 teaspoon (7g) salt
1 teaspoon (5g) low FODMAP bread improver
1 tablespoon (10g) extra virgin olive oil

Process
Step 1
Preheat fan-forced oven to 205°C (400°F), and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Whisk until mixture is foamy, and then leave to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, add all remaining ingredients into a bowl.
Step 4
Add yeast mix to flour mix and kneed into a dough.
Step 5
Separate dough into 3 pieces, and roll into a ball.
Step 6
Leave on a baking tray for 10 minutes and allow to rise.
Step 7
Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve as desired.
