Our low FODMAP Nutella Puddings are rich, gooey, and delicious! Made with our world first low FODMAP Wheat Plain Flour, these puddings can be enjoyed by the whole family without the tummy troubles. Great individual serves, these puddings taste sensational when served warm with a scoop of lactose free ice cream or lactose free whipped cream. Quick and easy to make, these Nutella puddings take 30 minutes to bake and only a few minutes to cool before eating (if you can wait that long)! What you'll need
½ cup hazelnuts
70g butter
½ cup lactose free milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour
¼ cup nutella
4 tablespoon cocoa
1.5 cups boiling water
2 teaspoon baking powder

Process
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C and grease 6 X 1 cup capacity ovenproof moulds.
Step 2
Blitz hazelnuts in bowl of food processor until finely ground.
Step 3
Add butter, milk, vanilla, half of the brown sugar, flour, baking powder, egg and Nutella and blitz for a few minutes or until well combined.
Step 4
Divide mixture between moulds.
Step 5
In a jug, whisk together the cocoa and remaining brown sugar with 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Step 6
Pour the cocoa mixture gently over the puddings being careful not to over flow the mould or dent the top of the batter too much.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top of puddings are firm but still wobble a little when you give the tray a little jiggle.
Step 8
To serve, dust with extra cocoa and serve with a drizzle of lactose free pouring cream.
