Our delicious low FODMAP Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding is a perfect winter dessert for the whole family to enjoy! Made with our world first low FODMAP Wheat Plain Flour, this chocolate pudding is best served warm with lactose free ice cream and seasonal low FODMAP fruits such as strawberries! The warmer the pudding, the more the chocolate sauce will melt! A delicious treat for the whole family, this low FODMAP recipe will ensure there will be no sore tummies at the end! What you'll need
90g butter melted
¾ cup lactose free milk
⅓ cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour
⅔ cup cocoa
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups boiling water
2 teaspoons baking powder

Process
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Brush an ovenproof dish with a little of the melted butter.
Step 2
Whisk melted butter, milk, sugar and eggs together in a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk in flour, baking powder and half the cocoa, then pour into the prepared dish.
Step 4
Whisk remaining cocoa, brown sugar and boiling water until smooth, then gently pour over the pudding.
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve with lactose free vanilla ice-cream and strawberries.
