What you'll need
1 cup Lo-Fo Pantry Plain Flour
½ cup smooth peanut butter
⅓ cup cacao or cocoa powder
⅓ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup almond milk

Process
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180C (356F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a bowl combine the flour, cacao, and maple syrup
Step 3
Then add the almond milk and melted coconut oil and combine.
Step 4
Finish by folding the peanut butter with the chocolate cookie dough – purposely not mixing it fully together to leave peanut butter swirls.
Step 5
Roll the dough with your hands to form balls, place on the baking tray and press down with a fork.
Step 6
Place them in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
